The complex offers a variety of services to its beneficiaries, focusing on three main aspects:
It provides services for the simple and moderate categories eligible for vocational rehabilitation who are over the age of 14. The department implements its services based on both theoretical and practical aspects, with each making up 50% of the program. Those enrolled in vocational rehabilitation receive theoretical lessons in the classrooms, where they learn: Islamic education, Arabic language, mathematics, science, and social studies. They also receive practical training in workshops, where they train in the following professions: (perfume packaging, leather making, electricity, stationery, arts, food products, and sewing).
