The Shumua Al-Amal Complex for Special Education and Rehabilitation signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tuwaik Human Resources Association in the Eastern Region. The agreement aims to empower the complex with national competencies through training and employment programs, as well as to develop and enhance the human resources of service providers for people with disabilities. This is in line with the efforts of both parties to improve the quality of services provided to this important group, contributing to building their capacities and qualifying them for integration into society.
The agreement ceremony took place today between the Tuwaik Association and the Shama'a Al-Amal Complex, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Mr. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Abaid, the General Manager of the Complex, Engineer Ahmed Al-Dubaikhi, and several employees from both parties.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tuwaik Association emphasized the importance of this memorandum signed with the complex, as it contributes to serving a precious segment of society, namely people with disabilities, through specialized training programs aimed at raising the efficiency of workers in the field of special education and rehabilitation. This is achieved by organizing workshops and advanced training courses that include the latest methods and techniques in dealing with people with disabilities to ensure the highest standards of quality in the services provided to them, thereby enhancing the ambitious Vision 2030 in granting people with disabilities their full rights and enabling them to be an active part in serving the nation and supporting its development.
